The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department offers fingerprinting services to the community.
From time to time employers may require potential employee’s be fingerprinted. A fingerprint card is required to do this, cards may be provided by the employer or may be obtained at the Sheriff’s office in the courthouse.
Anyone requesting to be fingerprinted may call the Johnson County Sheriff’s office at 606-789-3411 to arrange a time to have the prints completed. Most of the time walk-in’s can be accommodated during regular business hours.
As of January 1, 2012 there will be a $10 fee for fingerprinting.
